We are not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit, as all necessary steps and precautions are taken when While every precaution is taken to ensure the safe arrival of your fine art prints, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. Should such an unfortunate situation arise, please reach out to us at info@photographybyemma.ca, providing a photograph of the damaged package and print in extreme cases. If you wish to request a refund, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.We are unable to refund any orders once we have shipped out your package. If you do not receive your package, please let us know and we will make it right!

If you have received the wrong fine art photographs in the mail please contact info@photographybyemma.ca within 14 days of delivery.

You may receive a price adjustment if a sale is hosted within 48 hours of your purchase by emailing info@photographybyemma.ca.

Please note: colours as you see them on screen, may vary depending on what monitor you are viewing/ordering the fine art photographs from. All images are colour-corrected and edited to perfection, and quality checked before shipping.

We are not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address, if you change addresses or provide the wrong one by accident, please contact us immediately at info@photographybyemma.ca. If your order has already been shipped then it cannot be replaced. If it arrives back to us via return shipping address in perfect condition it will be re-sent if you would like, however shipping must be covered by you again.

Customs and Duties: We are not responsible for any customs and/or duties costs that may incur with your order. *All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

In the event that you change addresses or inadvertently provide an incorrect one, please notify us immediately at info@photographybyemma.ca. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to replace it. 

However, if the package is returned to us in good condition using the provided return shipping address, we would be more than happy to resend it upon your request. Kindly note that the buyer may be responsible for covering the new shipping costs.
