Taken in the South of Lebanon in my parents village home garden, these olives were beckoning me.

The Lebanese people are fiercely proud of their olive groves. While not vying for global competition, you'll be hard-pressed to find a Lebanese individual without an authentic stash of precious Lebanese olive oil, passed down through generations from their ancestral villages.

This liquid gold holds a special place in Lebanese culture—it's not merely a cooking ingredient but a crowning jewel for their delectable Lebanese breakfasts and mezzas. The olive oil adds the perfect finishing touch, elevating the flavors and taking the culinary experience to unparalleled heights.

Beyond its culinary significance, the olive tree itself stands as a universal symbol of peace, community, and cultural richness. Its roots run deep, intertwining with the essence of Lebanese life, history, and traditions.
